Robert Wortham - Joint CEO & Chief Information Officer Background Rob founded the company in 1989. He has 24 years experience in the IT industry, spanning custom chip design, real time control systems and finance applications through to travel solutions. This involved design and development of embedded hardware, communications systems, relational database solutions and object oriented applications. A particular interest in middleware in the early nineties resulted in a number of RWA products designed to meet the needs of client/server application developers, both for database access to Solaris/Unix systems and interprocess communication with Tandem mainframe systems. Rob also designed the communications infrastructure for a UK equities trading platform, a novel solution providing graphical control of automated weaving systems, and a solution handling the communications traffic for 40% of all UK travel agency holiday bookings. Since 2003 his focus has been on the design, development and deployment of Sell-It Suite, RWA's complete Reservation System for tour operators, airlines, membership organisations and wholesalers. As a Consultant he has provided technical expertise and guidance at all levels, from hands-on coding to corporate board level. As a Project Manager he has managed software projects and system deployments internationally. As a Company Director he has provided oversight to the successful growth of RWA from a fledgling software house to a major international supplier of systems to the travel industry. His goals have always been to deliver solutions to a truly professional standard, and to develop both processes and people to enable RWA to scale in it's delivery. Qualifications B.Sc. Mark Bradbury - Joint CEO & SVP Global Sales Background Mark joined RWA from IBM where he was a Director in the Internet Division based in New York. Mark has over 22 years of experience in the computer industry and has held Executive, management & senior technical positions in IBM. He has expertise in financial management, marketing, business & technical strategies, architecture and design, product development and delivery. Mark has undertaken consultancy and project management work for a number of RWA's customers and has extensive knowledge of the Travel Industry from both a business and a technical perspective. He is particularly adept at helping companies bridge the gap between their business requirements and the selection of appropriate technology solutions. Mark has spoken at a number of industry conferences around the world and was the keynote speaker at the inaugural meeting of the Internet Industry Association of Australia. Stuart Morris - Technical Consultant Background Stuart has over a decade of software development experience. This spans NT/2000, Solaris and Linux operating systems and many programming languages; primarily C++ and Java. Stuart has developed solutions with all the leading databases including Oracle, DB2, Sybase and MS-SQL Server. He has developed enterprise messaging solutions using a variety of messaging protocols and message formats, most recently with web services and XML. Often using UML techniques to assist in the analysis and design of solutions, Stuart's track record of delivering solutions of excellent quality, reliability and long term durability is unparalleled. Alastair Garman - Operations Director Background Alastair has been with RWA since 1994 and is today responsible for Operations. He has considerable experience in developing technical solutions in both the Travel and Finance sectors. He lead the team that developed Sell-It Online and delivered them to MyTravel and Thomas Cook, and has been a lead architect and project manager for Sell-It Suite. Qualifications B.Sc.
