Lloydslink helpdesk solution

RWA created a desktop integration solution for the helpdesk for LloydsLink - Lloyds Bank's electronic banking software. The solution provides helpdesk operators with a single system image to update information on multiple backend Tandem and Paradox systems.

The solution uses Microsoft C++, MFC, ODBC, OLE Automation to drive a terminal emulator and direct remote server calls via RSC.
