RWA’s Web Based Support System

RWA operates an internet based reporting and tracking capability that provides Sell-It customers with the ability to:

  • Log questions, problems and so on by creating a support ticket via the e-mail or web interface
  • See the status of specific tickets using defined status categories
  • Send subsequent emails that get added to the original ticket (thus keeping everything related to one issue together)
  • View both an individual users own tickets and all support tickets raised by the company

The RWA support team and customer staff are therefore able to work co-operatively updating the tickets to answer questions, progress work items and then close out support request efficiently.
