01. Product Creation

Sell-It Suite supports and sells a wide variety of holiday products including charter and scheduled flights, hotels, villas, apartments, car rental, transfers, excursions, ski packs and insurance. Product inventory can be loaded and managed within Sell-It Reservator and combined with inventory accessible online from 3rd party suppliers. Holiday offers can be made available for sale via one or more channels - one or more web sites (using Sell-It Online) or via a Call Centre using Sell-It Reservator's Bookings Manager.
02. Product Flexibility

Tour Operator's continually stress the importance of "flexibility". With Sell-It Reservator, new offers can be created quickly utilising existing inventory e.g. "accommodation only" offers re-using existing bed stock, "family friendly" offers combining flights, hotels and kid's clubs and "romantic break" offers combining flights, hotels, champagne on arrival and a dinner-for two. Sell-It Reservator also enables the ability to easily create specific date-related offers utilising existing inventory and allocations e.g. "valentine's weekend" offers, "half term specials". This enables tour operators and agencies to move away from the traditional 'offers for the season' approach and compete more effectively with companies who specialise in these types of date-specific offerings.
03. Dynamic Packaging and Pricing

Sell-It Suite supports the dynamic packaging of flight, accommodation and other holiday options e.g. car rental, transfers, city tours. Sell-It Reservator's Package Rules engine, allows the creation and management of rules stating how particular inventory elements can be packaged together and the price rules for these combinations.
04. Product Sales

Sell-It Suite supports both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) product sales via both the telephone and the Internet. Sell-It Reservator's Bookings manager is a powerful call-centre/mid-office application enabling selling of packaged or component inventory via the telephone, and also providing the user interface for bookings amendment, cancellation, document production and general bookings administration. Internet sales support is provided by Sell-It Online. This product contains a fully featured internet booking engine, enabling the finding, choosing and booking of products contained in, or accessed via, Sell-It Reservator.
05. Product Distribution

The Sell-It XML Gateway product provides all the rich browsing, searching and booking functionality contained within Sell-It Suite as a SOAP/Web-Services interface. These web services can be made available to 3rd parties for inclusion in their current web sites.
06. Financial Management

Sell-It Reservator's Finance Manager provides a complete solution for the financial management and control of travel sales operations. This includes sales and purchase ledgers, general (nominal) ledger, bank account management including cheque, cash and credit card batching for bank reconciliation. The purchase ledger is automatically populated with standard costs as bookings are made, facilitating subsequent cost authorisation and supplier invoice reconciliation. The Finance Manager also includes a complete implementation of the UK VAT TOMS scheme for accurate calculation of VAT liability.
