We have expertise in the design, development and deployment of ViewData Hubs. These act as a gateway, providing a switching capability to allow Travel Agents to access Tour Operator ViewData hosts, thus enabling travel companies to migrate seamlessly to IP-based services at their own pace.

The hubs are capable of handling thousands of concurrent sessions. In addition they add value to the Hub operator by providing detailed reporting and statistics that may be used for billing or for confirmation of adherence to agreed service levels. They also add value to the Travel Agent by centralising host logins (e.g. ABTA number and password) and providing access mnemonics that are tailored to the specific Agents needs.

RWA now offer a ViewData Hub as a standard product. This runs on the SUN Solaris operating system and provides a basic switching system based on user defineable mnemonics and access routes. A licence for this product may be obtained by contacting us. We will also consider developing custom facilities and interfaces on a customer-by-customer basis.
